Today, Latch announced that Dhruva Rajendra has re-joined Latch as its Chief Product Officer. Rajendra will oversee the entire product organization, addressing new and bigger market opportunities and driving new revenue.
Rajendra’s return is a milestone moment for Latch, as he co-founded Latch in 2013, and originally served as the company’s President. “As Latch continues to quickly grow, I can’t think of a better person to scale our product teams,” said Latch CEO and Co-Founder Luke Schoenfelder. “Our product roadmap has never been more ambitious, and Dhruva has the experience necessary to diligently build upon our shared foundational vision, while also delivering a whole new generation of Latch products.”
Prior to rejoining Latch, Rajendra served as CEO of Fast Rope Labs, a global product strategy consultancy that partnered with Fortune 100 companies to develop products more like startups, and with innovative startups to build and ship products more like Fortune 100s. Under Rajendra’s leadership Fast Rope Labs shipped and scaled dozens of products for clients in the real estate, fintech, healthcare, and education sectors that millions of users interacted with on a daily basis.
Previously Rajendra served as Head of Product at Main Street Genome, a software company focused on helping restaurants optimize their operations and decrease their expenses via data driven insights and enhanced vendor management. Rajendra helped lead Main Street Genome to its acquisition by Dining Alliance. Earlier in his career Rajendra worked in strategy consulting for clients including Qualcomm, Alarm.com, and UnitedHealth Group.
