Between move in and move out, maintenance requests, package deliveries, and all their other day-to-day tasks, property managers have an endless list of things to keep track of. But now, thanks to our integration with Yardi, managing data entry isn’t one of them.
We’re happy to announce that LatchOS, our full-building operating system of software, products, and services, now directly integrates with Yardi to save property managers time and shorten their to-do list. Through Yardi’s API, Latch pulls information directly into our enterprise management platform, Latch Manager, for a streamlined approach to property management that lowers costs and increases ROI.
“We believe Latch's new integration with Yardi will be an essential feature for our site teams, simplifying move-in and move-out processes and reducing the amount of time spent maintaining multiple databases,” said Brian Bozeman, Chief Technology Officer of LCOR. “We're thrilled to see this integration come together and look forward to how it will further streamline operations for our company.”
The integration enables a one-way data feed from Yardi into Latch Manager that pulls information like the resident’s name, email address, phone number, unit number, and lease start and end dates. Once this information has been pulled into Latch Manager, it’s updated hourly to ensure that it’s always accurate.
This automated data feed helps reduce double data entry for property managers and building staff, helping them streamline their software tools and ensure that information is always accurate. It also saves a significant amount of time in the long run; instead of entering data in both Latch Manager and Yardi, the integration gives property managers this back this time, saving over four hours for every 100 residents.
This integration joins our other property management software integrations with Entrata and RealPage to give Latch customers even more convenience and flexibility in how they manage their buildings. The Yardi integration is now available to Latch customers so they can experience streamlined operations and cost savings across their portfolios.
Existing customers can contact Latch Customer Support to bring the integration to their building. If you’re interested in bringing Latch to your property, including our Yardi integration, contact our Sales team.
