Latch Recognized as A Best Place to Work in NYC and SF

2020 brought with it unprecedented challenges to the way we work and live. Latch's strong culture helped ensure that Latch's team members continued to thrive in the face of those challenges.

As we welcome 2021, we’re pleased to be included in the annual Best Places To Work Awards from Built In in recognition of what makes Latch, Latch: our team and the culture each team member is a steward of.

Latch has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in both New York City and San Francisco. In addition, Latch was recognized in the following categories: NYC Best Midsize Companies to Work For, SF Best Midsize Companies to Work For, and SF Companies with the Best Benefits.

The annual awards include companies of all sizes from startups to the enterprise in the eight largest tech markets and nationally. Built In ranks companies algorithmically based on compensation information, benefits, and culture programs. This year, based on data showing tech professionals’ needs, the Best Places to Work algorithm added weight to companies’ commitment to DEI and remote culture. Rank is determined by combining a company’s score in each of these categories.

Looking ahead, Latch is deeply committed to ensuring that our team is ever more representative of the societies in which we live and work; is a thoughtful, capable partner in the career growth and skill development of each of our team members; and continues to foster a culture that attracts and retains the best talent in technology, real estate, and beyond.
