Aspire at CityPlace is a resort-style luxury apartment complex based in Woodbury, MN, part of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. Their new approach to resident experience offers individuals the flexibility to choose both their floor plan layout and finishes.
Latch makes a difference for Aspire at CityPlace in streamlining building operations and enhancing the resident experience by how they interact with their spaces. CIP installed the Latch C2, R, Intercom, and Hub as a gateway to LatchOS, which includes Smart Access, Smart Home and Sensors, and Connectivity modules. These powerful modules connect the building’s most important capabilities. The C2 delivers enhanced efficiency and added benefits, like streamlined building operations that minimize extra work for building staff, and convenient ways for residents to lock and unlock through the Latch App, Apple Watch, or other credentials. With the addition of the Latch R and Intercom, building staff and residents can access common areas and easily let guests in.
Aspire at CityPlace is just one of CIP’s new Latch-enabled developments. Later this year, CIP will install the Latch M at Haven at Uptown, a multistory apartment complex situated near the medical community and the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE.

This building’s smart home functionalities were designed for technology-centric residents. Scottsdale has long been recognized as an environmental leader and prides itself on integrating bold innovative eco-friendly concepts.
MODUS installed the Latch M, R, and Intercom at their condominium building, adding 70th Street Lofts to the growing portfolio of Latch-enabled buildings in the southwest region. Whether unlocking with the Latch App, doorcode, keycard, or Apple Watch, Latch devices allow residents flexible access to various building amenities, like their parking garage, outdoor pool, and common area. Through Latch Manager, the building staff can manage access sharing, resolve issues remotely, and save time and money on turnover.
