Last month, we debuted Works with Latch, an extended offering of smart home devices that integrate seamlessly with the Latch product system. We’re excited to announce the expansion of the program to include two new partners, Honeywell and Jasco, to create a more modern, full-building experience that just works in every building.
Though now a global name in the aerospace and building technology industries, Honeywell first began with a single invention in 1885: a thermostat. We’re excited to bring that legacy and industry-leading expertise to our Works with Latch program.
Honeywell thermostats give residents and property managers the ability to remotely control the temperature and oversee energy management. Through the Latch App, residents can adjust the heating, cooling, and automatic settings for their own device remotely for added flexibility and control, while property managers can control the settings in vacant units and common areas.
The T6 Pro Smart Thermostat, T5+ Smart Thermostat, and T10 Smart Thermostat start at $100 per device to offer building partners the flexibility to choose the thermostat that meets both their needs and their budget.
Latch has also integrated with Jasco devices to offer buildings more smart lighting options. Starting at $30 per device, these smart light switches and dimmers seamlessly integrate with the Latch App so that property managers can easily control common area and vacant unit lighting while also saving on utility costs. Similarly, residents can control the switches and dimmers in their apartment from anywhere for newfound convenience.
As an enterprise solution that merges access and smart home technology into one platform, Works with Latch is expanding to enable building partners to customize a system that suits their needs. Our new partnerships with both Honeywell and Jasco give Latch customers the ability to add trusted and affordably priced products to their multifamily buildings to create a more connected full-building experience for everyone.
