Canada-specific provisions

For all Users who are residents of Canada, we will provide you with 30 days’ notice of all proposed updates to the Terms of Service by updating those terms and also contacting you via your contact information on file-- for example by email, notification, or some equivalent method.

We will include a link to the previous version of the Terms on the page containing the updated Terms. The updates will take effect 30 days after the date on which the updated version is posted. Prior to that date, the previous version of the Terms will continue to apply.

For all Users who are residents located in Canada, if you disagree with a given amendment:

• You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App and ceasing to use the Services at any time within the 30-day notice period before the amendments take effect.
• If the amendment increases your obligations under these Terms, or decreases our obligations under these Terms, then you can also terminate these Terms in the 30 days after the amendments take effect.
• Either way, there will be no cost or penalty if you choose to terminate these Terms.
• If you do not uninstall the App and cease using the Services during the applicable time period, then by your continued use, you are considered to have accepted the proposed amendments. Likewise, if you re-install the App or start using the Services again, you will be agreeing to the current version of these Terms rather than a past version.
