The Latch Camera gives residents the enhanced security they want, and property managers the integrated solution they need. Designed for hallways, front doors, and other common areas, it integrates directly with LatchOS to enable a more holistic security experience that keeps buildings protected.
When paired with the Latch Intercom, the Latch Camera provides a safe and secure access experience at the front door. From expected guests to unexpected visitors like delivery providers, the Latch Intercom and Latch Camera work together to capture access logs for every front door unlock so property managers always know who’s entering.

The Latch Camera directly integrates with third-party network video recorders to store video footage from common areas, allowing property managers to monitor who is moving about the building for enhanced full-building security.
Visual Access Logs (or VAL) provide an additional level of visibility for the building, by taking a burst of photos when a Latch device is used to enter common areas or entry doors. The Latch Camera can also be installed in sensitive areas, such as inside package rooms to keep a visual log of each access activity in the space. This way, property managers can feel confident they’re keeping the building secure.
Privacy was our top priority when designing the Latch Camera. That’s why property managers can only see access events from common areas and guest entry at apartments, and a resident’s access to their own space always remains private.
